Henneman Capital served as the investment fund behind HMH Rentals. HMH Rentals is a owner, developer and operator in the Signal Family Resident (SFR) industry. It concentrates on the Champaign-Urbana, St. Joe, Monticello, Mahomet, and Tuscola areas of Central Illinois. Homes are purchased, remodeled, and rented out to individual families. 

 

Currently, HMH rental has approximately 30 residents and is constructing 9 new residences.
